Press Release Body = Berkeley, California January 15, 2007 -- Emanio, Inc. - a
leading provider of Data Integration (DI) and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)
applications announced today the availability of its on-line customer support
portal. Emanio customers can for the first time access Emanio's support department
by using web-based access.

"Giving our customers the ability to interact with us via the web has always been
important to us," said Emanio CEO, KG Charles-Harris. "Our customers have always
been able to use e-mail to generate support incidents with us; now however they have
the option of signing up for a dedicated support portal that will allow them to log
and manage all their support cases," continued Mr. Charles-Harris.

Emanio's support portal allows customers to create cases, manage case status and
exchange data with Emanio's support team using a web-based system. Emanio Customers
will be given access to the customers support portal on an as requested basis or as
part of Emanio's recently announced support program. Emanio's Customers can inquire
